Agendas and Minutes

Notice for all public meetings, along with agendas, are posted in advance of the meeting outside the City Hall meeting room at 29144 Main Street, Seligman, MO 65745, and are available online.

The Planning and Zoning Commission conduct regular meetings each month on the third Monday at 7pm in the meeting room at City Hall.

Agenda item deadline is 12pm the Wednesday before the meeting, this gives the City Clerk time to prepare the packets by end of day Thursday when the packets are uploaded.

Minutes recorded at each meeting are also available online in the corrisponding packets within 72 hours of the meeting, Please note that meeting minutes remain in draft form until formally approved at the next meeting. Official meeting minutes not posted on this website may be obtained by contacting the City Clerk at City Hall.
