If you are located in the green marked areas on the map on the attached photos, you are NOT under a Boil Water Advisory as your area was not affected. If you are on City Water (Inside or Outside City Limits) and you do not live in the green marked areas, you ARE under a Boil Water Advisory. We will be able to take samples Monday 12/8 and results should be available for us by Thursday 12/11.

Attached is a photo with our Boil Water Advisory Flyer. Chlorine is in the system operating as normal and fresh water was moved through the system immediately following the repair. Thank you for your patience! Also this would fix would not have been possible as quick as it was without the help from 4 of our local operators stepping in to help with all the extra digging and advice. 12/5/2025 - A contractor was boring for the railroad and hit a 4" water main. This was just a former main line that is now just another redundant connecting line. But the damage done to the line was directly under the rails and could not be repaired in that spot due to railroad restrictions and risk to the rails. Due to the location, multiple valves had to be shut down that caused much of the system to go down. The line was dug up and found on both sides away from the rails and capped. This will not affect water quality, pressure, or volume as this was just a secondary connector line. Water was brought back online in the evening, flushing was done, and follow ups on any calls that stemmed from it were answered. North St. intersection will remain closed until we have made sure that all water has stopped and final work is completed and railroad needs are met. Emergency work is completed as of Saturday afternoon, cleanup and minor follow up work will continue on Monday or as needed. Again, Thanks for your Patience!
