General Information
Camper / RV’s cannot be used as a residence inside the City limits.
Minimum Square Footage – 800 – All Districts (Its width cannot be less than forty percent (40%) of its length or its length cannot be less than forty percent (40%) of its width.)
Manufactured Homes are prohibited in – A-G, R-1, C-1, C-2
Manufactured Home Age Restrictions – 10 years old
———-R-1 District (Replacement only) – 5 years old
Manufactured Homes and Modular Homes are different, manufactured homes have a title, modular homes become real property. Modular homes are built to IBC specifications, unlike manufactured home.
Animals:
Chickens (Laying Hens Only) / Ducks – 6 per acre – Must be in a pen at all times.
Horses and Cows – A-G district only, 1 per acre in combination.
Sheep / Goats – A-G district only, 3 per acre in combination.
Swine / Pigs – Not allowed, pet or farm, no acceptations.
